Should I file a case over wrongful termination or resignation?
My seniors wrongly used the PIP policy and terminated me within 4 months of joining the company. I received both termination and resignation emails. I did not submit any resignation but still received the resignation email. I suspect HR secretly got my login password and submitted the resignation from their system. There has been no proper answer from HR regarding this confusion. Should I file a case in the labor court, civil court, or register an FIR against them?
