What can I do if a false rape case delays job?

My girlfriend filed a false rape case against me in 2017, which is still pending. I recently got a government job but can't join because of the case. The girl appeared in court after a warrant was issued. Most witnesses didn’t show up despite being summoned; four came but said they knew nothing. Due to other witnesses not appearing, the case is delayed. What can I do to resolve this and protect my job opportunity? Please help.

In your case, if witnesses are not appearing or providing favorable testimonies, it can delay proceedings. You should file a petition for expediting the trial in court. The absence of witnesses could weaken the case, so working with your lawyer to request a fair hearing and a speedy resolution is crucial.
