What happens if I have to testify in a sacrilege case?

I recently saw a video of a person committing deliberate sacrilege against a religious texts. I have registered the complaint to police. If the matter reaches court, does I have to produce myself in court? Will I face the accused?

If your complaint leads to a court case, you may be called as a witness, but it is not always mandatory. You will likely testify only if police consider your input crucial. You won’t be forced to face the accused directly, it happens only under proper protection and court protocol. Don’t worry unnecessarily.
