What should I do if I am wrongly implicated in a cybercrime case?

I am facing a cybercrime case. The FIR does not reflect my name. According to the FIR, a person named Ramdhari is sending offensive emails to the office of the DC from the email ID ramd77639@gmail.com. The police have captured the email ID ramdhari19701970@gmail.co. from my mobile and arrested me, later granting me bail. What can I do in this matter?

If your name is not on the FIR but you have been arrested, you need to challenge the charges by proving that you are not the accused person. File a bail application and defend yourself in court. Seek legal assistance to protect your rights and ensure your name is cleared. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
