What should I do if I was scammed by a call girl service?

I contacted a call girl service provider via Telegram and paid Rs. 499 as a booking amount. They asked for Rs. 3,100 after I reached the hotel. Later, they claimed a refundable security deposit of Rs. 9,777, which I paid. Then they asked for another Rs. 9,777. I refused. They now say I must pay the remaining amount to get a refund. Should I file a complaint with the cyber cell? Will I face legal trouble for this?
