What to do if bank refuses fraud credit card dispute?
An amount of ₹45,000 was fraudulently debited from my credit card using an OTP. Despite submitting all evidence of fraud, the bank has rejected my dispute and is now harassing me to repay the amount instead of conducting a proper investigation.

Write to the bank’s grievance officer with all fraud evidence. If they ignore it, file a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman. You can also approach a consumer court for harassment and wrongful liability. Keep records of all communication and evidence. Don’t pay until the case is reviewed properly by a legal authority.
