What to do in false IPC 307 FIR on property?

We own ancestral property in our village. In 1926, our grandfather won a civil case proving ownership. Recently, when we started farming there, villagers claimed it’s religious land and attacked us. One person got injured and filed IPC 307 FIR. We filed a cross-FIR too. We’re all out on bail.

Present your ownership documents and 1926 court judgment to prove legal possession. Apply for discharge in the IPC 307 case with your FIR and evidence. File a civil suit for permanent injunction to protect your land. A local lawyer can help you maintain possession and challenge false criminal charges.
