What to do in OTP-based credit card fraud case?
I was a victim of OTP-based credit card fraud. I blocked the card and reported it the same day. Now the bank is harassing me to pay the amount.

Write to the bank’s grievance officer and escalate to the RBI Ombudsman if needed. If fraud was without negligence on your part, you're not liable under RBI rules.
