Why is the police asking for a Chapter 40 bond?
Why is the local police asking me to write a bond related to Chapter 40 when I went to file an FIR against a local goon who attacked me with a stick? (I suspect the police are influenced by the goon.) Should I agree to write a Chapter 40 bond?
