Dear client, A Sikh girl and a Christian boy can get married in India under a law called the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Their religions do not stop them from marrying each other. The couple must be grown-ups. Agree to the marriage freely. The boys work visa, from the UK does not affect their marriage. They will have to give some notice and then get verified by the person who registers marriages before they can get married. If you have any query please feel free to contact us.

A Sikh girl and a Christian boy can legally marry under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Religion does not create any restriction. Both must be adults with free consent. The boy’s UK work visa is not a barrier. Marriage will be registered after notice period and verification by Marriage Registrar. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
