If each the partners belong to the Muslim religion, all the marriages might be registered underneath the Muslim personal legal guidelines. at first, both male & lady companions perform their Nikah. each of them need to signal a Nikah-Nama by using the Kazi. Their marriages will be registered in courtroom & they'll get hold of the marriage certificate after a few days.
