How to perform court marriage?
What is the process for getting married in the Registrar’s office without performing traditional marriage rituals, and what documents are required? Please also share the approximate expenses involved. This is required in Sitamarhi, Hajipur, Patna, or Muzaffarpur.

The process begins by giving written notice to marriage officer of the district where parties have resided for 30 days. Such notice is displaced publicly for 30-day period allowed for objection. If no valid objections received, both parties along with 3 witnesses appear before registrar signs required declaration which solemnizes the marriage. The documents required are age proof ,Aadhar card , 10th marksheet , address proof, passport size photographs , affidavit stating marital status .
