Sir, Mere aur meri wife ka pahela signature hua hai consent divorce paper mei. Avi 3 mahine hua hai ..lawer 6 mahine Tak rukne k liye bole hai meri wife ko apni maa baap k pas.. final signature v nhi hua hai meri wife kisi aur ek ladke k pas chali gyi hai mera 5 sal ka beta ko le kar..meri wife ka kuch income v nhi hai ..mere beta ka education v nhi ho paa rha hai..mera beta mujhe kaisa milega aur mera kb tak divorce ho jaega..

aap ko wait krna parrega divorce hone tak, uske baad aap child custody k liye court mai case file kr skte ho agar apki wife bacche ko acche se maintain nhi krr rhy hai toh.
