What if no court reply due to lawyer issues?
In March 2022, the husband filed a case against the wife, claiming she hid her income. The wife’s lawyer was allegedly bribed. Since then, three lawyers have changed, but none of them have submitted any reply in court. No solution has been found so far. Can you help us?
If your lawyers have changed and no response was filed in court, you must immediately hire a responsible lawyer to file a written reply (written statement) and explain the delay. You can also request the court for permission to file late. If the case is mishandled, you can also file a complaint against your previous lawyers with the Bar Council.
