What is the procedure of annulment of marriage?

I came to know that my wife’s inappropriate video was made by her uncle. I have an audio recording of her admitting this. Can I file for an annulment of marriage on the grounds of fraud since this fact was hidden from my family before the marriage? Had my family and I been aware of this incident and the potential for scandal, blackmail, and ongoing family dysfunction it represents, we would never have consented to the marriage.
