What legal action can be taken against mental harassment?

My wife is committing mental harassment. She constantly threatens with divorce, is mentally unstable, and has filed two complaints against me at the Mahila Police. She is dragging me to court. I work in a private firm, and she is a government teacher. She is using both money and influence to harass me. She has gone for Khula, which is pending with the Khazi, and now refuses to leave. Please help.
