You can file for divorce on the ground of adultery or mental cruelty under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, and present your evidence in court. If she refuses to consent, it will be a contested divorce, which may take time, but the court can grant divorce if the evidence is strong.

You can file for divorce on grounds of adultery with evidence like recordings as proof, even if your spouse doesn't agree - this would be a contested divorce under Section 10 of the Indian Divorce Act for Christians. You should immediately consult a family law attorney, preserve all evidence carefully, and they can guide you through filing a divorce petition in the district court. Your evidence of adultery and her admission of prior relationship can strengthen your case significantly.
