If false FIRs are being filed against you repeatedly, take legal action to protect yourself. First, gather all evidence proving your innocence, including witness statements, call records, or any proof of your non-involvement. File a complaint with the police stating that you are being falsely accused. If harassment continues, approach the High Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing the false FIR. Additionally, you can file a defamation case and a complaint for malicious prosecution. Consult a lawyer to ensure proper legal representation. Stay calm and assure your parents that the truth will prevail through legal means.
