Since your habeas corpus petition has failed, you should lodge a complaint with the police about the psychological harassment that your in-laws have been subjected to. You can also approach the local magistrate or file a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking directives for a thorough investigation into your husband's disappearance and whether your in-laws are involved in it. Collect statements from the witnesses to prove what you are saying. This would also be an advantage to discuss with an attorney alternative options, like protective order against harassment.
