What should I do to add prayers in 482 petition?

I wish to quash both the FIR and chargesheet in my 482 application pending before the Allahabad High Court, after a stay was granted. The complaint pertains to the repealed Section 66A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. However, these prayers were not specifically mentioned in my revision petition under 482, which was dismissed by the lower courts. Can I include this in my final arguments, or should I amend/add this prayer through a separate application in the High Court?

In your 482 petition, you can request to quash the FIR and chargesheet even if it was not specifically mentioned in the initial revision. However, it is advisable to file an amendment application to explicitly seek the quashing of both. The court will review the circumstances and decide based on the merit of your request.
