What to do if account is frozen without fault?

I am a nursing student from Rajasthan. Someone from Kerala sent money to my account on their own and later filed a complaint against my account. As a result, there is a debit freeze, and I am unable to use my account. The Kerala Cyber Police, my state police, and even the bank staff are not helping me at all.

You should inform to the bank and RBI Ombudsman in writing by explaining you are innocent and your account was misused without your knowledge. If that does not help, file a petition in High Court asking for account unfreezing. The police must investigate the real sender, not punish you unfairly. You have the right to use your own account.
