As an Indian Hindu and your wife being a foreign national, you can register your marriage under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. This Act is available for interfaith and international couples. The Hindu Marriage Act applies only if both parties are Hindus, and your wife being foreign may require the Special Marriage Act instead.
