Can Hindu-Christian couple marry without sending legal notice?
I want to do a court marriage. I am Christian, and the boy is Hindu. Can we marry in an Arya Samaj Mandir and then register the marriage? We want to avoid sending a public notice.

As a Christian and Hindu couple, you cannot marry under Arya Samaj since it’s for Hindus only. Use the Special Marriage Act, but it legally requires a 30-day notice.
