My first wife left for her parents’ home and hasn’t returned. She has taken our two daughters (4 years and 9 months old) away from me. I’ve since fallen in love with another woman and want to marry her. What legal options do I have?)

You cannot marry again legally unless you get a divorce decree from the court. File for divorce citing desertion and child separation.
