After getting married through a notary affidavit, can we register the marriage in the High Court?

A notary affidavit is not valid proof of marriage. You must register your marriage under the Special Marriage Act at the Sub-Registrar's Office, not the High Court. The court doesn’t register marriages, it only hears legal petitions. Visit your local marriage registrar for proper legal marriage certification.
