हाँ सर, शादी करने के लिए दोनों पक्षों की उम्र वैध होनी चाहिए और गवाह मौजूद होना चाहिए चाहे कोई भी गवाह दोस्त हो या रिश्तेदार या परिवार का कोई भी सदस्य कोई भी व्यक्ति जो जोड़े को जानता हो वह गवाह बन सकता है।

Yes sir in order to perform the marriage the age should be valid of both the parties.
There should be witness present no matter witness is friend or relatives or any family member any person who is known to the couple can become the witness.
