What to do after POCSO case?

My girlfriend is 16 years old. Her mother once filed a POCSO case against me, and I was jailed but later got bail. She faces abuse at home and now lives with me. I’m 22 and financially struggling. What should I do legally? What about my earlier case?

If your girlfriend is 16, living with her is still illegal under the POCSO Act (below 18 is considered minor). Even if she came willingly, the law sees it as an offence. Since you're on bail, avoid contact to protect yourself from future trouble. You can apply for legal aid as your financial condition is weak.
