What to do if fiancé cannot come for marriage?
We are in two separate countries. Due to visa issues, my fiancé cannot travel to India. We want to do a virtual marriage so he can apply for a spouse visa. Please assist.

Both parties must be physically present for marriage under the Special Marriage Act or through a marriage in his country followed by registration in India.
