Under Sunni Muslim law, if no husband or children exist, her siblings will inherit. Brothers receive twice the share of sisters. So, the estate is divided into 9 shares, each brother gets 2 shares (total 6) and each sister 1 share (total 3). For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
