After mother death, who owns property rights?
We have a MHADA flat in my mother’s name. She passed away in 2021. We are three siblings. My brother passed away in 2024. He has a wife. Who will inherit the property? There is no will. Thank you.

Since your mother died without a will, her property will be inherited equally by her legal heirs – all her children. As your brother has passed away, his legal share will go to his wife (and children, if any). So, the flat will now be divided among: you, your other sibling(s), and your late brother’s wife.
