Can daughter claim unregistered property transferred by grandfather’s will?

My grandfather (my mother's father) recently died. He is having three daughters. Before he died he wrote his house on the name of his younger daughter, actually that house is in the name of my grandmother who expired long ago. He wrote it on a stamp paper and signed, but not registered. Is that property can be claimed by his younger daughter or any issues.
