Can husband’s sister claim share in inherited family property?
My husband’s sister is demanding a share in his property, which was originally my father-in-law’s but transferred to my husband and his two brothers. As his wife, and with our children involved, can I stop her legally? Do my children have any right to a share in the ancestral property?

If the property was transferred to your husband and his brothers, and not ancestral at the time of transfer, the sister usually has no legal claim.
