Can old FMB sketch override new land measurement?
We bought land based on a new, updated FMB sketch. However, a neighboring landowner is claiming that a part of our land belongs to him using an old FMB sketch. Is such a claim valid if the old sketch is outdated and no longer in use?

If you purchased land based on a new and officially certified FMB sketch, the neighbor's claim based on an outdated one may not stand.
