How can I recover land taken through document forgery?

In 2004, my brother and mother forged my land documents. We discovered this in 2020 and filed a complaint. However, the land office claimed that the fingerprints on the documents matched mine, so no action was taken. I never visited the registrar’s office—I later found out that they had taken my fingerprints while I was asleep. My brother holds all the original documents and also created a fake one in 2004. Can I request access to the register book through the RTI Act? If the ink used in the document is different, does it constitute a crime? Is there any legal way for me to recover my land?
