Dear client, You need to go to the Sub-Registrar office in Seelampur, Shahdara, where your property was first registered to get registration documents for your property. To do this you have to give them a written application for the registration documents, some identity proof, proof that you own the property like your old registration papers for the property and an affidavit that says you lost your original documents for the property. The people at the Sub-Registrar office may take a time like 2 to 6 weeks to give you the duplicate registration documents, for your property. It is an idea to get help from a lawyer to make sure everything is done quickly and correctly for your duplicate registration documents. If you have any query please feel free to contact us.

Dear Client, a certified copy of the lost property registration document can be obtained from the sub-registrar's office under the Delhi sub-registrar office. You can also apply for it either online through the Delhi e-district portal or by visiting the office itself. By providing the details like year of registration, name of parties, property address along with ID proof, you can obtain the documents. The fee is usually around Rs200 – Rs.500 and the the document is issued generally within 3-10 working days. May this answer your query, for further queries contact us.

You can apply for duplicate registration documents at the Sub-Registrar office where the original property was registered (Seelampur, Shahdara). You need a written application, identity proof, proof of ownership (like old registration papers), and affidavit stating loss of original documents. The registrar may take 2–6 weeks.
