Is a relinquishment deed needed during joint property sale?
I am trying to sell a property in Gurgaon, Haryana, which is jointly owned by three people. Is a relinquishment deed required at the time of sale deed registration?

If all three co-owners are selling the property together, you do not need a relinquishment deed. Just register the sale deed with all their signatures.
