What can be the legal issues in buying property?
Some builders are buying lands of farmers a Jalpura (Noida) which is a notified village, and constructing a 5-6 buildings of 4 floor and sell them. I want to know is there any legal issue in future if we buy any property in those buildings? or what documents I have to check before buying property in such area?
