What is the process to update my property documents in Bihar?

I have a property in Patna, Bihar, which was registered in Kolkata in 1992. At that time, it was allowed to register land from Bihar outside Bihar. However, later the Bihar government changed the rules and abolished the registration of property outside Bihar. Now, I want to update all the documents like registry, mutation, etc., in Bihar. Since 1992, we have not updated the registry papers or the mutation papers for the land. How can I do this? What is the process I should follow? Which offices should I visit?
