Dear Client, If you lose a civil case, you have the remedy of going on appeal to the higher court based on the order passed by the lower court. You cannot file a new case on the matter again. You can only contest the order passed by the court. If you have crossed the limitation period, you can apply for appeal stating the reasons for the delay. If the reason is valid, the court would allow your appeal. I hope this was helpful. For further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you.

If you lost the civil case, you still have the right to file an appeal before the higher court within the limitation period (usually 90 days from the judgment). If the time is over, you can request condonation of delay by showing valid reasons. Consult a civil lawyer immediately, collect the judgment copy, and prepare grounds of appeal.
