What should we do after receiving ex parte injunction in court?
My uncle (father's brother) is staying at inherited property shared by him and my father. We do not stay at that property now. We still stay nearby that house in our new home. Through a legal settlement 20 years ago, it was decided that my father got the ground floor with 3 rooms and the first floor went to my uncle. Now, whenever we tried to get tenants for our rightly owned property, my uncle caused hindrance and never let that happen. Recently we decided to sell our property, when he saw perspective buyers he panicked and filed a civil suit against my father. The court did the hearing and on the very first date ex parte temporary injunction was granted (credit to good lawyering I guess). We have received the notice to appear, order by the court & the application that the plaintiff filed at the court through post. Respected experts, kindly guide on future course of actions.
Sir, you must visit the court and respond to the temporary injunction with the help of an expert lawyer specialized in property disputes who will guide you to navigate in legal proceedings. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
