What to do if builder delays patta and subdivision?
I purchased a plot of land a year ago, but the builder has still not provided the subdivision or transferred the patta. They have also stopped giving me any updates. What legal steps can I take?

You can send a legal notice to the builder demanding immediate patta transfer and subdivision. If they ignore it, file a complaint before the Consumer Commission or RERA for deficiency in service.
