What to do if illegal construction continues despite court stay?
We bought land in my mother’s name. Another party has illegally started constructing on it. We obtained a stay order from the court, but they continue construction. Police are not helping even after showing the stay. What can we do now?

If the other party is ignoring the stay and police aren’t helping, file a contempt of court petition and an application to the Magistrate. The court can direct police to take immediate action.
