If it does not get resolved within 30 days, then you can move to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. For filing online, use edaakhil.nic.in for cases below ₹50 lakhs. If you prefer another route, you may also lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or through consumerhelpline.gov.in.
