My family is forcing me to marry a boy I don’t like. He also physically abuses me and pressures me to marry him. However, I am in love with someone else and planning to do a court marriage with him.

Forced marriage and physical abuse are illegal. You can file a complaint under Section 85 OF Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Domestic Violence Act. If you are 18+, you can marry anyone by choice.
