Can I get anticipatory bail in live-in relationship FIR?

I was already married (not divorced) and later entered a live-in relationship with a 44-year-old SC woman in 2021. She knew about my marriage. We lived together for 7 months. I became seriously ill, and she filed a police complaint. I repaid her money via bank, but she demands more. FIR filed. Can I get anticipatory bail?

Since she knew you were already married and still lived with you, you can apply for anticipatory bail on the ground of no intent to cheat. Show medical and financial records. A good lawyer will help you defend the case and avoid arrest. Keep all bank payment proofs as strong evidence. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
