No, you cannot apply for Anticipatory Bail under CrPC Section 160, as this section only empowers a police officer to summon a person for inquiry in connection with an investigation. Receiving a notice under CrPC 160 does not mean you are an accused; it is merely for questioning. However, if you fear arrest based on the investigation's progress, you may consider applying for Anticipatory Bail under Section 438 CrPC if an FIR is registered against you. In your case, if you have received a notice under CrPC (Code of Criminal Procedure) Section 160, it usually pertains to the investigation of a case and requires you to appear before the police to provide information related to the case. This notice is not the same as an arrest warrant. However, if you believe that there is a possibility of your arrest in connection with the case for which you received the notice, you might consider applying for anticipatory bail.
