What should I do to get bail after 498A case?

498A case was filed against my family and me. My family was released after 10 years of hearings. I was out of the country and still am. I’m looking for bail from the High Court. I appointed a lawyer, but nothing has moved for the last 5 years. I want someone experienced to help me get bail. Thank you.

If you are seeking bail from the High Court after 498A charges, you can file a bail application. It's important to hire an experienced lawyer who specializes in criminal cases. You may be able to get bail even if you're out of the country, but your lawyer must effectively present your case to the court. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
