Can I avoid DIN/DPIN while entering an LLP partnership?

Is there a way I can enter into a partnership that needs to be registered as an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership), either directly or indirectly, in such a way that I don’t have to create my DIN/DPIN? The reason is that I might enter into an employment contract in the future, and many companies don’t allow business ownership as part of their policy. Most companies these days also do a DIN/DPIN search. Is there a structure where I can nominate another person to be a partner in the LLP while I have a back-to-back agreement with them?

You may appoint a trusted person as a nominee partner in the LLP and create an agreement stating your role and interests in the business. However, this might not fully prevent a DIN/DPIN search. Consult a legal expert who can guide you in structuring the agreement to avoid any legal complications. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
