What should I do if client refuses payment after work?

I am a civil contractor, and I completed an RCC shed project of 1054 square feet for a factory owner. The work is finished, but I haven’t been paid. What should I do?

If the factory owner hasn’t paid you for completed work, you can send a legal notice demanding payment. If there’s no response, you can file a suit for recovery of money under contract law. Consider consulting a lawyer to help with the legal process and ensure you are compensated for the work done. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
