Customer cheque bounced after deposit. What should I do?
A customer gave me a cheque. When I deposited it, I received a message the next day that payment was stopped by the cheque owner. Please help me.

If the customer stopped the cheque payment without a valid reason, you can send a legal notice within 30 days of the dishonour message. If they still do not pay, file a case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. A lawyer can help you recover your money through legal means.
